Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst supports the implementation, optimization, and ongoing performance of third-party and proprietary tools used by SERVPRO to facilitate National Account programs with insurance carriers and commercial clients. This onsite role is based in Bethpage, TN, and compensation is not specified. The position supports the Sales Operations Excellence department in driving business efficiency. This role exists to ensure that operational tools are effectively integrated into business processes and aligned with industry standards. The analyst contributes to strategic planning, continuous improvement, and data integrity, while providing user support and helping shape long-term tool enablement strategies.
