What you'll do

• Manage commercial metal framing, drywall, insulation, acoustical ceiling, and related scopes
• review plans and contract documents
• perform and verify field layout
• direct foremen and crews
• conduct site visits and resolve field conditions
• coordinate with contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, schedules, and closeout documents
• monitor labor, materials, costs, and profitability
• maintain Procore documentation
• and ensure safety and quality requirements are met.
