What you'll do

• Coordinate and supervise assigned production staff
• monitor production goals, schedules, workflows, quality, and safety
• train and mentor staff
• lead shift startup, changeover, and pass-down meetings
• perform machine startups, shutdowns, and restarts
• manage work orders and shop-floor workflow
• track production data and report results
• troubleshoot issues
• maintain housekeeping and inventory.
