The IT Manager works onsite in Silver Spring, MD, for $85,000–$90,000 per year and may travel up to 50%. The role supports technology across Santé Group’s programs and administration offices, an organization providing community-based behavioral and mental health services. This working leadership role manages the technology team, budgets, projects, and infrastructure while remaining hands-on with systems. It helps maintain secure, reliable technology and workflows that support staff and program operations across the organization’s offices.

What you'll do

• Supervise and develop a technology team of 3–4 staff
• lead IT projects and manage budgets and vendor relationships
• oversee systems across 18 offices and growing
• administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, and Intune
• maintain network connectivity, hardware lifecycle, uptime, backups, and disaster recovery
• develop Power Automate workflows and train staff
• align access and workflows with HIPAA, Medicaid, and licensing requirements
• implement cybersecurity practices and maintain IT policies and incident response plans.
