Youth Development Associate

The Youth Development Associate role is onsite in Franklin, TN, with compensation of $15.75–$25 per hour. This part-time position reports to the Program Director and supports youth, teens, and young children at Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee. The role exists to plan, lead, and evaluate activities that support youth development and Club goals. Through programming, guidance, and role modeling, the associate helps create a safe environment that encourages participation and growth.

What you'll do

• Assist with curriculum development, lesson plans, and activities
• provide program leadership in games, arts and crafts, sports, fitness, and other assigned areas
• promote participation
• register new members and participate in orientation
• guide and role-model for members
• may participate in organization-wide events and special programs.
