Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Receive customer orders by email, fax, and phone
• enter orders into the operating system
• support customer portal and forecast requirements
• provide pricing, lead-time, and product information
• communicate with vendors
• assist customers with quotes, order updates, inquiries, and troubleshooting
• maintain customer records
• issue return authorizations
• support outside sales
• follow company policies, procedures, and ISO standards.
