What you'll do

• Prospect and develop accounts

• manage the CRM pipeline and quarterly bookings targets
• work inbound leads and generate new leads
• coordinate deployments with technicians
• provide basic troubleshooting and first-line account support
• escalate service needs
• conduct account check-ins to support renewals, expansions, and referrals.
