Armed Security Supervisor

The Armed Security Supervisor is an onsite full-time role based in Petersburg, VA. The hourly wage is $25.00. This position functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s). This role exists to ensure that all post orders are followed, established rounds are completed, and required reports are filed. The supervisor coaches and disciplines personnel, trains staff, and meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and quality customer service is provided.
