What you'll do

• Support the Lead Event Cook with menu execution
• prepare and cook items to recipes and quality standards
• provide event food service
• set up and break down cooking stations
• maintain food safety, temperature, and presentation standards
• monitor inventory
• assist with transporting supplies and event preparation. The role may also assist with kitchen production on non-event days.
