The Toddler Teacher – Early Childhood Education role is onsite in Little Rock, AR. Compensation is $14–$16 per hour. The role contributes to children's learning and well-being through classroom supervision, lesson implementation, safe care, and a supportive environment for exploration.

What you'll do

• Supervise and manage daily classroom functions for a group of children
• follow school and regulatory rules for children's health, safety, and care
• implement approved lesson plans and daily schedules in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum
• maintain an attractive classroom and shared areas
• provide verbal recognition and consistent behavioral expectations
• perform necessary classroom and playground housekeeping
• assist in other capacities as directed by the Director or designee.

Why this role

Previous teaching or assistant teaching in a licensed early childhood program is preferred. Must meet the basic requirements of the local child care regulatory agency and be able to lift up to 35 pounds in connection with handling children and facilitating programs.
