What you'll do

• Lead daily accounts receivable and collections
• coordinate credit approvals and customer account reviews
• oversee payment application, reconciliations, and collection activities
• monitor aging and delinquent accounts
• resolve disputes, short payments, credits, and unapplied cash
• maintain customer records
• assign accounts and ensure timely statements
• partner with Sales and Billing on documentation and billing exceptions
• monitor cash receipts
• analyze AR aging, DSO, and collection metrics
• support close and audits
• supervise and develop AR personnel
• and ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
