The On-Call Home Health Aides (HHAs) — Nights & Weekends role is onsite in Clearwater, FL, serving clients throughout Pinellas County. Compensation includes $15 per assigned on-call night, $100 per assigned on-call weekend, and the regular hourly rate plus an additional $1 per hour for coverage shifts worked. Interim HealthCare of Clearwater is building a caregiver pool to cover last-minute call-outs and maintain client care. Home Health Aides provide one-on-one assistance according to each client’s care plan, supporting personal care, daily activities, dignity, and independence. They document care and report changes or concerns to the care team while remaining available during selected on-call dates.

What you'll do

• Follow client care plans and provide assistance within training and qualifications
• help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• provide companionship
• prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and give medication reminders
• assist with safe transfers and mobility equipment as trained
• report concerns and document care accurately.
