What you'll do

• Welcome patients
• prepare treatment rooms and assist with four-handed dentistry
• take diagnostic radiographs and intraoral images in accordance with state regulations
• update medical histories
• educate patients on treatment plans and oral hygiene
• document care
• assist with general, restorative, endodontic, oral surgery, implant, and prosthodontic procedures
• oversee sterilization and instrument processing
• maintain operatories
• track laboratory cases
• coordinate equipment maintenance.
