What you'll do

• Oversee daily parts department operations, budgeting, and profitability
• hire, train, schedule, and manage employees
• maintain inventory, control costs, and minimize obsolete parts
• develop retail, wholesale, and outside sales opportunities
• set pricing strategies and promotions
• build customer and interdepartmental relationships
• coordinate parts availability with Service
• monitor sales, expenses, inventory, and productivity
• oversee purchasing, shipping, receiving, audits, and records
• ensure compliance with dealership policies, regulations, and safety requirements.

Why this role
