Building Maintenance Manager — Housing Maintenance

What you'll do

• Direct department activities, schedule and train staff, and enforce policies and safety procedures
• oversee building, equipment, and grounds maintenance
• develop maintenance programs
• manage operating budgets and capital plans
• supervise capital projects
• manage purchasing, inventory, and work-order productivity
• ensure compliance with applicable codes and OSHA, EPA, and ADA guidelines.
