In-Home Caregiver

The In-Home Caregiver role is onsite in Phoenix, OR, with service coverage across the Rogue Valley, including Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, White City, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent. Pay is $19–$22 per hour. Right at Home supports seniors and vulnerable adults in living safely and independently at home. The caregiver provides personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility and transportation assistance, and safety supervision. Following individual care plans and documenting daily notes helps maintain consistent support and communication with the office team.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• provide medication reminders
• assist with mobility and transportation
• provide safety supervision
• follow individual care plans
• document daily care notes using a mobile app
• communicate with the office team.
