The Automotive Body Technician – Heavy Bodywork, Second Shift role is onsite in Shrewsbury, MA, with hours of 6:30 p.m.–5:30 a.m. Monday–Thursday and overtime on Fridays. Pay is $33–$41 per hour. Carvana reconditions vehicles before they reach customers. The technician performs extensive repairs across multiple vehicle panels and trains other autobody technicians. This work helps prepare vehicles for customers while supporting Carvana’s vehicle reconditioning operations.

What you'll do

• Perform heavy plastic welding and stapling
• pull, straighten, and shrink metal and perform stud welding
• repair roofs and rocker panels
• complete large-area heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair
• train other autobody technicians.
