What you'll do

• Lead cannabis industry outreach and local jurisdictional customer management for California
• support customer onboarding, training, adoption, and account management
• monitor customer satisfaction, product usage, risks, and adoption indicators
• coordinate escalations and issue resolution
• capture and communicate customer feedback
• maintain customer and state-specific documentation
• support customer reviews, meetings, webinars, trainings, and reports
• assist with quality assurance and data tools
• travel may be required up to 50% of work time.
