What you'll do

• Assist with meal preparation and portion allocation according to menus and schedules
• complete resident checklists and report results to the cook or Culinary Director
• assist with meal service and monitor food and beverage temperatures
• report substandard food quality
• bus tables, wash dishes, clean equipment, and maintain kitchen and dining areas
• handle and store food according to applicable regulations.
