What you'll do

• Troubleshoot complex plant process issues and provide technical guidance
• develop short-, mid-range, and life-of-operations plans with cross-functional teams
• identify and initiate improvements to compliance, safety, quality, productivity, reliability, efficiency, and cost
• establish, implement, and sustain approved engineering processes, procedures, and technical standards
• manage engineering workstreams on projects while maintaining scope, budget, and schedule.
