The HVAC Controls and Startup Technician role is onsite, with listed locations in Spokane, WA; Hayden, ID; and Sandpoint, ID. Compensation is $35–$45 per hour, based on experience. Legacy Heating & Cooling is expanding commercial HVAC operations across the Inland Northwest and the role supports commissioning, controls integration, and system startup projects. The technician starts and commissions commercial HVAC equipment, troubleshoots controls and wiring, and verifies system operation. This work supports project completion and quality assurance while maintaining safety and workmanship standards at job sites.

What you'll do

• Perform startup and commissioning of commercial HVAC equipment
• troubleshoot controls, wiring, and system performance

• interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
