The Rewind Machine Operator – Label Printing role is onsite in Fishers, IN, with pay of $19–$21 per hour. The role supports product quality by following job specifications, identifying defects, maintaining equipment and work areas, and communicating production issues to the team.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate rewinding equipment to job specifications
• visually inspect finished press rolls
• identify and address defects
• perform light machine maintenance
• troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate major needs
• use manual pallet jacks and roll lifts
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• communicate with managers and team members
• identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
