What you'll do

• Schedule and prioritize orders through cells
• distribute schedules and shop orders
• review defect sheets and record totals
• post quality, delivery, and service-level data
• review demand exception reports and adjust schedules
• address shortages, rush orders, and special production issues
• provide performance appraisal input
• support corrective actions for customer quality concerns
• maintain takt-time boards
• fill in for absent cell employees
• support housekeeping, 5S, ISO compliance, standard work, and associate training
• coordinate vacation schedules with the supervisor.
