What you'll do

• Provide basic care with hygiene, grooming, feeding, supervision of daily activities, and transportation to medical appointments or community events.
• Independently manage between one and six group-home residents per shift.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment and report resident activity daily.
• Communicate relevant patient condition information to the house manager.
