What you'll do

• Cook raw and prepared foods, including meat and eggs, to order
• set up and break down station areas
• prepare dish components using standardized recipes
• clean and organize refrigerators, cooler drawers, and dry storage
• take inventory and restock items
• communicate with staff about product quality and ticket times
• follow food safety, temperature, and sanitation standards
• rotate perishable products.
