Building Information Modeling / Virtual Design and Construction Manager

Compensation is $135,000–$160,000 per year. The Building Information Modeling / Virtual Design and Construction Manager role is onsite in Lindon, UT. The manager supports construction project teams by coordinating models, project partners, and model-based planning throughout the project lifecycle. The role leads the BIM/VDC team and maintains accurate, coordinated models so project teams can identify and resolve clashes early. It contributes to constructability, coordination, reliable project delivery, and clear communication with clients and trade partners.

What you'll do

• Lead BIM/VDC meetings and assign team work
• manage department budgets, hiring, onboarding, training, milestones, and deliverables
• maintain BIM execution plans and models in Revit, Navisworks, Trimble Connect, or similar tools
• ensure model standards and version control
• manage clash detection and coordination meetings
• track clash resolution
• support construction planning, quantity takeoffs, and visualizations
• coordinate with project managers, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors
• produce federated models, coordination reports, and view sets.
