What you'll do

• Support people with daily living skills and promote decision-making and independence
• assist with medical, clinical, and financial needs
• transport people to activities as needed
• maintain progress notes and shift documentation
• complete household cleaning
• conduct steady-care calls during awake overnight shifts
• support community access
• administer medications as applicable under MAP regulations
• maintain required training and certifications
• build relationships with families and stakeholders
• participate in meetings and safety checks.
