The High School Instructional Assistant position is onsite in Hudson, FL. Compensation is $15–$15.50 per hour. Hope Ranch Learning Academy is a private Christian school serving students with autism and other unique abilities, with small classrooms of no more than 16 students. The assistant supports the lead teacher and provides individualized academic and behavioral support to high school students. The role contributes to student learning, safety, and progress by helping implement lesson plans, supervising activities, maintaining records, and collaborating with school staff.

What you'll do

• Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans
• provide individualized instruction and support
• supervise students during school activities, lunch, recess, and outings
• assist with behavior management
• collaborate with teachers, administration, and special education staff
• maintain attendance and performance records and contribute to progress monitoring.
