The role supports guest and client experience by preparing event orders, coordinating with banquet operations, monitoring room blocks, and maintaining accurate event and account communications.

What you'll do

• Conduct client tours of event spaces
• create detailed banquet event orders
• coordinate with the banquet department on event operations and execution
• monitor group room blocks and pickup
• prepare operating-department resumes
• maintain communications and records for contracts, event orders, and invoices.
