Continuous Improvement Technician

Job overview

The Continuous Improvement Technician role is onsite in Rocky Mount, VA, with pay of $27 per hour. The position reports to the Quality/Engineering Manager at Cornerstone Building Brands, a manufacturer of exterior building products. The technician supports process improvement work by helping identify opportunities, document processes, track performance, and develop training. This work helps teams assess improvement initiatives and make operations more efficient and effective.

What you'll do

• Analyze data and consult stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities
• participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives
• document processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices
• track and report key performance indicators
• help develop training materials and deliver training sessions.

Why this role

Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. An associate or bachelor’s degree program in supply chain, Lean, continuous improvement, or a related field is required. Visio and familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen are preferred.
