What you'll do

• Identify and procure construction projects aligned with company objectives and departmental capacity
• assess constructability
• prepare estimates, take-offs, bid proposals, and schedules
• estimate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• collaborate with management, field supervision, project managers, engineers, and foremen
• analyze historical project data and market conditions
• coordinate and delegate estimating tasks
• use construction estimating and project management software.
