What you'll do

• Supervise, train, and perform duties associated with customer service representative, lead customer service representative, and store assistant positions
• recruit, interview, select, retain, and train employees
• assign tasks and schedule staff
• conduct employee communication meetings and performance appraisals
• coach employees
• maintain cleanliness, stocking, organization, safety, and regulatory compliance
• follow loss-prevention procedures
• analyze sales and expenses, manage budgets and merchandise margins, and account for money
• complete paperwork, verify deliveries, monitor transactions, operate store equipment, and maintain property and equipment.
