What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• help with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• provide companionship
• prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide medication reminders
• observe and report changes in condition
• document care
• communicate with clients, families, and the office team
• accompany clients to appointments or run errands as needed.
