What you'll do

• Greet, register, and assign rooms
• make and confirm reservations
• verify guest credit and payment arrangements
• maintain room availability and guest accounts in the property management system
• balance receipts and revenue and audit posted income
• review charges at checkout
• contact overnight housekeeping or maintenance when needed
• respond to guest inquiries and record complaints
• complete bucket checks.
