What you'll do

• Develop estimates and detailed takeoffs for HVAC and plumbing projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
• review plans, specifications, schedules, and requirements
• lead proposal pricing and bid documentation
• partner with operations and project management through preconstruction and turnover
• maintain client and industry relationships
• support pursuits and business development.
