What you'll do

• Set security and compliance strategy and annual and quarterly objectives
• own PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 programs, including scope, controls, auditor relationships, outcomes, and remediation
• define shared responsibility with managed-service customers
• maintain the enterprise security risk register
• own policies, standards, and exceptions
• lead incident response readiness and executive incident accountability
• manage third-party and vendor risk
• own customer security assurance
• govern AI use and risk
• report posture to executives and the board using operational measures
• develop direct reports and succession plans.
