What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, document, store, and distribute packages, freight, and convention materials
• process outgoing shipments
• coordinate deliveries to guest rooms, meeting spaces, venues, retail outlets, and departments
• maintain shipment records and inventory logs
• operate material-handling equipment safely
• assist convention clients with freight and event logistics
• resolve shipment issues with departments, vendors, and couriers.
