What you'll do

• Supervise engineering staff and daily maintenance
• assist with hotel, restaurant, and grounds engineering activities
• complete maintenance checklists and property walkthroughs
• update logs and report urgent issues
• perform preventive maintenance and monitor equipment
• maintain guest rooms and HVAC systems
• replace filters, belts, bearings, fans, insulation, and drain pans
• troubleshoot and repair locks, televisions, phones, and lighting.
