Commercial Construction Risk Manager

What you'll do

• Monitor risk exposure and risk budgets
• use risk data to inform investment planning
• assess contractor and client-held risks
• produce risk reports
• conduct quantitative cost and schedule risk assessments
• manage risk plans and reviews across projects
• integrate risk management with project controls
• support knowledge transfer
• contribute to supplier performance management
• support contract and claims management, change control, cost control, and final account settlement.
