Patient Coordinator

What you'll do

• Serve as the first and last point of contact for patient visits
• greet patients and manage check-in and check-out for scheduled and walk-in appointments
• answer phones and schedule appointments
• verify insurance, collect copays and payments, and maintain accurate patient information
• follow up on inbound leads and reactivate inactive patients
• maintain an organized lobby and front office
• support clinic operations and HIPAA compliance.
