The specialist supports the clinical team and program activities by helping clients with intake, orientation, peer case management, care coordination, and referrals. This work helps clients engage with treatment programming and connect with aftercare and community resources.

What you'll do

• Facilitate the Right Track Readiness group
• assist with intake, orientation, and client file creation and maintenance
• provide individual peer case management and crisis management as needed
• coordinate care reviews and aftercare services
• discuss program requirements or conflicts with clients
• coordinate with clinic staff
• assist with telehealth appointments and applications for government assistance
• refer clients to independent agencies
• maintain program materials.

Why this role

Requires at least six months in recovery, current CPR/First Aid/Narcan training, a current Fingerprint Clearance Card, and Peer Support Specialist certification from an Arizona-approved agency or completion within 90 days of hire. Shifts may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays; travel may be requested or required.
