What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair Canon or Kyocera equipment at customer locations
• install machines and explain basic operation to clients
• troubleshoot network and connectivity issues, including IP configuration, scan-to-email, and print drivers
• complete assigned route stops
• log work accurately and communicate with dispatch
• provide professional customer service.
