What you'll do

• Lead by example and prioritize guest service
• oversee food quality from preparation through service
• help recruit, train, develop, and retain front- and back-of-house team members
• work with management to improve guest experience and loyalty
• help meet budgets, goals, and performance objectives
• support community involvement and local marketing
• manage food, labor, and other operating costs
• identify safety hazards
• complete payroll, purchase orders, bank deposits, and employment forms accurately and on time.
