What you'll do

• Regularly visit active project sites to monitor progress and verify quality.
• Track project costs, schedules, and resources.
• Develop accurate construction estimates and competitive bids.
• Evaluate blueprints, project documents, and building code requirements.
• Use industry software for estimating and project coordination.
• Support government contract work.
