What you'll do

• Evaluate applicants’ financial status, credit, and property details
• advise clients on mortgage products and the application process
• assist with mortgage applications and required information
• use loan origination, CRM, credit-vendor, and other mortgage systems
• communicate with prospects, applicants, and third-party vendors
• qualify for required state mortgage licenses.
