What you'll do

• Partner with leaders on people strategies
• coach managers on leadership, performance, engagement, and talent development
• lead organizational design, workforce planning, restructures, and change management
• manage employee relations and investigations
• support the employee lifecycle
• drive talent reviews, succession and compensation planning
• ensure employment-law and policy compliance across Canada, the United States, and Mexico
• analyze people data and trends
• promote an inclusive workplace.
