What you'll do

• Oversee material purchasing, processing, shipping, customer traffic, facility cleanliness, equipment maintenance coordination, material grading and weighing, documentation, and outbound loads.
• Enforce safety and PPE requirements, support environmental compliance, conduct safety meetings, investigate incidents, hire and supervise employees, manage customer service and payments, oversee deposits and controls, and participate in EOS meetings and scorecards.
