Rehab Aide

The Rehab Aide is an onsite, part-time position in Oak Creek, WI, scheduled for 15 hours per week with availability for two weeknights until 6 p.m. Compensation is $13–$14 per hour. Tender Touch Therapy’s purpose is to empower children through therapy and support their independence, confidence, and well-being. This role helps keep the clinic clean, stocked, organized, and ready for therapy services. The aide maintains clinic spaces and equipment, handles basic upkeep and administrative tasks, and may assist a therapist during a treatment session when requested.

What you'll do

• Manage waste and recycling
• maintain supplies and restock clinic products
• clean and disinfect dishes, toys, equipment, and clinic areas
• handle laundry and linens
• maintain outdoor gym and toy areas
• perform light maintenance and seasonal upkeep
• prepare the clinic for cleaners and disinfect afterward
• complete filing, scanning, and photocopying
• assist therapists with treatment sessions when requested
• follow OSHA and agency cleaning and product procedures.
