What you'll do

• Provide patient care in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies, and state, federal, and local guidelines
• follow charting and incident-reporting procedures
• follow procedures for narcotic counts, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction
• document and report changes in patient condition
• use the Quality Life Manual to identify, place, and monitor patients in appropriate programs
• notify departments of room changes, leaves of absence, admissions, and discharges
• make rounds with physicians when necessary.
