What you'll do

• Coordinate procurement of raw materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, and services
• resolve material shortages to meet production schedules
• review requisitions and prepare purchase orders
• communicate with departments about procurement timing and accuracy
• maintain computerized procurement records in Oracle or other systems
• follow up on receipt of materials and vendor payments
• handle invoice referrals
• expedite deliveries
• work with teams in onsite and offsite warehouses.
